As churches and community hubs on the Ormeau Road, we are aware of the rising costs of food and heating and of the challenges this poses to each of us this winter. We are especially concerned for the elderly, the isolated and the vulnerable in our community.
Cosy hubs are a simple way of coming together to ensure that on every weekday, at least one place on the road will be offering both warmth and an unconditional welcome to any who might appreciate it.
We are stronger as a community, let’s work together to support one another and make this a winter to remember for all the right reasons!
You will find a Cosy Hub in our Church on Friday mornings between 10.30-12.30.
Other organisations offering this service include Ballynafeigh Methodist Church, Cooke Centenary Church, St Jude’s Church, Village Church, Good Shepherd, St John’s Church, Annadale Community Centre and Ballynafeigh Community Development Association.
