Autumn Fête Supports Toilet-Twinning

We built a toilet a year ago & every day life gets better because we are healthier"
Etenish Degefa, Ethiopia.

Many church organisations took up the challenge to use toilet rolls tubes to produce a hand-crafted  "World of Nature"  entry for the Autumn Fête Craft Competition.

Below you will see many of the creative, skilful & colourful interpretations on the theme. Like nature itself, they were wonderful & eye-catching.

Furthermore, the craft competition, plus some beautiful cards, marshmallow cakes & Easter bunnies (kindly made & donated respectively) by Janet McMullan & Elizabeth McCallister raised £212.

In Toilet - Twinning terms this equates to 3 single household latrines in an impoverished community.

Thank you to all who contributed in any way to this part of the Autumn Fête.

You are making a valuable difference in the lives of others!
