Annual Community Fête
Saturday 30th September
2.00pm - 5.00pm

This year's organisations' competition is in support of 'Send a Cow', with the simple task of decorating a cow face supplied by Simon Doherty, our 'Send a Cow' representative.

Set up will be on the Friday night between 6.00pm and 9.00pm and again between 10.00 am and 12 noon on the Saturday morning.

We are always looking for volunteers to help on the Friday and/or Saturday. This is a great social occasion so please do consider volunteering to help. You can do this by speaking to Heather or Austin Moore after church or by emailing austin@cottagecateringni.com or heather.moore@lisburncastlereagh.gov.uk

In addition to enjoying the usual stalls we will be having family games, pony rides and guess the number of balloons in an exhibition Delorean car.

We are now accepting contributions for the toys, white elephant and book stalls, and items can be left on the stage in the St John's Hall.

Autumn Fête Teas
We need a substantial team of helpers for the Autumn Fête Teas. You can help in a wide range of ways - for example by providing tray bakes/buns; by giving an hour of your time on Saturday 30 September 2.00pm - 5.00pm. Please speak to Janet or any member of the Catering Committee and sign up on the volunteer sheet in the Foyer.
